Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at: returns@camoray.com

You then have 14 days to return the goods.

You will receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs), provided:

• Items are unused.
• Items are returned in original condition.
• Tags are still attached.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality.
• Fit for purpose.
• As described.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at: returns@camoray.com
